The aeration fermentation tank includes a tank body, a gas supply system and a temperature adjustment system connected to the tank body, and it is a typical representative of an aerobic bioreactor. The main body of the reactor is made of stainless steel, and a turbine type agitator is usually used. The connection between the stirring shaft and the tank must be aseptically sealed. The bottom of the tank is provided with an air distributor or a nozzle, and the sterile air passing through the air filter is blown into the culture solution from a porous tube with a diameter of several millimeters. The stirrer is driven to rotate at a certain speed by a stirring motor placed on the top of the tank. The liquid vortex and shearing force generated by the stirring turbine break the blasted air into small bubbles and uniformly disperse it in the culture solution.
